At House of Tatirè, every piece is thoughtfully handmade with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our policy below.
1. Change of Mind (Online Orders)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To request a return:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Please note:
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on scrunchies, headbands, or hair accessories that have been worn or used.
- If the item shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs showing the issue
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer either:
- A replacement (subject to availability), or
- A full refund
In this case, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
3. Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless faulty.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
